THERE IS NO TRAVELING!!
All of our practices and games are played here locally in Grand Prairie!!! We play at a state of the art football complex in Grand Prairie.
NO LEAGUE FUNDRAISER
There is no “mandatory” league fundraiser. However we do offer a program to help you off-set the cost.
GOPHER-WARRIOR BOWL
Our Championship Day and Cheer Competition is held at the
Gopher-Warrior Bowl. Along with a trophy presentation at the end of the night every player and cheerleader receives a custom made trophy from
our league.
WE ARE NOT A "SELECT" ORGANIZATION
Meaning your son or daughter does not have to "try-out" in order to be in our league.
G.P.Y.F.A is committed to provide the youth of this area, regardless of race, color or creed, or economic condition the opportunity to participate in controlled athletic competition; to instill the belief of fair play, good conduct and sportsmanship at all times; to promote a common interest and tolerance among youth; and to keep the welfare of youth foremost and free from any adult compulsion for power or glory.
